Bhagat Immigration Law is located in the Cleveland area and represents individuals and organizations throughout Ohio, the United States, and internationally. Our areas of practice include family immigration, business immigration, asylum, humanitarian relief, removal defense (immigration court), and immigration litigation.

Kavitha Bhagat
Kavitha Bhagat is the founder of Bhagat Immigration Law. As the child of immigrants, her personal connection to immigration drives her compassionate approach to clients. Ms. Bhagat is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Upon earning her degree, she served two years as an Attorney Advisor at the Miami Immigration Court, through the Department of Justice, Attorney General’s Honor Program. After, Ms. Bhagat began private practice. She has over 10 years of experience in immigration law. Her experience provides her with the knowledge and skills to effectively represent her clients.
